ou guys might be unfamiliar with this new variety show but let me tell you, its going to feature lots of idols especially super junior!
ZhouMi from Super Junior M has become the new MC for this show called . This show is in CHinese but its okay, because i've already subbed the first episode of the show! In the first episode, Sm entertainment was being introduced and in the company, the female host gets to meet Zhoumi and Siwon! In the next episode, the crew will visit yesung parent's restaurant, everysing and to a salon where they will be eeteuk and eunhyuk.

Choi Si Won - promotes green city through video for Shanghai World Expo 2010

TVXQ / DBSK's leader Yunho will be attending the 2010 World Expo as a representative of Korea. Chosen by KOTRA (Korean Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) to attend the expo on behalf of South Korea

If you’re unfamiliar with the World Expo, this event has been an important worldwide tradition where many countries gather and show off their national brand and culture. This year’s expo will begin on May 1st and end on October 31st in Shanghai, China.The World Expo is one of biggest occurrences in global events.

During the announcement ceremony, a lengthy promotional video involving SM Entertainment artists such as Amber, Victoria, Krystal, Donghae, Eunhyuk, Henry, Siwon, Yunho and others was displayed. This video will be played throughout the expo to promote green cities for the future. A representative expressed that Yunho plays the lead character.

Super Junior traded the cute look for sexiness in 2009’s Sorry Sorry, a hit track that launched the thirteen-member group to the top of charts last spring. Music-wise, the boys have mostly been on the DL as individual members have been working on their own activities, but it looks like the boys will be reuniting soon for another album!

Members Leeteuk, Shindong, Siwon, Eunhyuk and Donghae traveled to Thailand recently to make an appearance on KPN Awards, an American-Idol-esque reality show for aspiring singers. During their guest appearance, the boys were interviewed and revealed their recent experiences in Thailand through a translator. When the MC told the boys that one of the contestants covered SuJu’s track It’s You in a recent episode, leader Leeteuk complimented the contestant for singing in a foreign language.

Super Junior will also be returning to Thailand for the Bangkok Motor Show, an international auto show scheduled from March 26 to April 6 this year.

Seoul is the #1 place tourists want to visit!

Seoul is the No.1 place where Japanese, Chinese and Thai tourists want to visit, beating out New York, Paris, Honolulu, Maldives and Rome, according to a survey conducted by AC Nielsen, an international market research firm.

This is the second consecutive year that Seoul was in the No. 1 position, the Seoul city government said yesterday.

The survey result comes a few days after Seoul was ranked the No. 3 place to visit this year by The New York Times in an article called: “The 31 Places to Go in 2010.” The Times travel article remains at the top of the most e-mailed articles in the travel section.

Over 1,600 Japanese, Chinese, and Thai tourists who either plan to travel abroad this year or had traveled abroad before in the past two years participated in the online survey.

In the survey conducted in December, 11.4 percent of 800 Chinese respondents picked Seoul as the city they want to visit the most followed by Tokyo (9.9 percent), Paris (8.8 percent), and Maldives (7.4 percent).

Japanese respondents echoed the sentiment of Chinese prospective tourists with 9.8 percent of 500 Japanese respondents saying they want to visit Seoul, outpacing Honolulu, which garnered 9.6 percent, and Rome and New York, which were both listed by 5.4 percent of those polled.

Three hundred prospective Thai tourists participated in the survey and 20 percent choose Seoul as their first choice of places to visit.

Tokyo at 10.3 percent, Maldives at 7.7 percent and Paris at 5.3 percent followed.

Separately, the research company also surveyed 600 other tourists from the three countries who visited Seoul, asking them what the most decisive factor was for their decision.

Many said they saw advertisements about Seoul and watched a Korean TV drama series that showed scenes of the city.

The Seoul city government created and broadcast a TV advertisement “Infinitely yours, Seoul,” featuring the popular K-pop groups Girls Generation, Super Junior, and TVXQ to target potential tourists in Asia.

“There are eyes on Seoul this year as the Korean government is hosting G-20 Summit and Seoul is hosting the 2010 World Design Capital,” said Kang Cheol-won, an official at the city government’s public relations bureau.

“And Seoul was ranked third by The New York Times as a place to go in 2010,” Kang added.

“The city government will continue its marketing strategy to attract more foreign tourists beyond Asia,” he said.

Korean idol group Super Junior has topped various year-end music charts in Asia with their hit single "Sorry, Sorry", according to a press release by SM Entertainment on Wednesday.

"Sorry", the title track from their third album, took first place on Channel [V]'s "Asian TOP 50 Year End 2009" music chart in Thailand, decided by the highest number of viewer requests the song had received during the past year via the Internet and post mail.

The group had previously topped the broadcaster's year-end "Top 100 of 2007 International Chart" with their hit single "Happiness".

The 13-member boy band also ranked No.1 on the "2009 100 Singles Chart" released by Taiwan's radio channel Hit Fm. The songs were ranked according to the combined number of online votes, listeners' requests and Hit Fm's weekly music charts. "Sorry" reportedly received 250,000 votes in a survey conducted last month.

The hit single also stayed at No. 1 on Taiwanese music site KKBOX's "Singles Top 100 Weekly Chart" for the 30th consecutive week.

Super Junior has been one of the most popular K-pop acts in Asia since their debut in 2005. They recently won three awards at Korea's 2009 Golden Disk Awards, including the grand prize for their hit album "Sorry, Sorry."
