Apart from Super Junior, Kate Miller Heidke, an alternative pop music singer/songwriter from Brisbane, Australia, will join the show in Hanoi. After the Hanoi concert, the tour will continue to three cities in Vietnam, Halong, Can Tho and HCMC, to educate the youth about the dangers of human trafficking and to introduce to the world a better Vietnam. Footage from the concerts will be used to produce a series of television programs to be aired nationally.
MTV EXIT (End Exploitation and Trafficking), which is produced by the MTV Europe Foundation in partnership with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Australian Government’s Agency for International Development (AUSAID), has held 15 concerts across Asia over the past two years, including Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Nepal, Taiwan and the Philippines.
